Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $40.

On orders under $40, standard shipping is $4.99

Processing time

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are prepared on the next business day.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can extend them.

Tracking your order

Your tracking number arrives by email at dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, email us at celiecustomercare@gmail.com and we'll trace the package. If it can't be located, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.

You can change your address by emailing us before your order has been prepared for dispatch.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for full details.
